Regardless of how, when or where you want to fly, our mission is simple; deliver a premium, personalized aviation experience for every customer.Role OverviewWhat You’ll Be DoingWheels Up is looking to hire a Global Talent Acquisition Partner who will be responsible for seeking out talent, interviewing candidates and assisting in the hiring process. This person will focus on talent sourcing, candidate identification, networking and relationship building with potential candidates and will introduce and monitor recruitment best practices including development and management of Wheels Up’s recruitment processes, procedures and systems. This position will be located at our affiliate, Air Partner’s, office in either Gatwick or London, Victoria and will have a yearly salary range of £47,828 - £63,472.Your Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Source and screen prospective global candidates for various disciplines including Sales, Commercial, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Marketing, Technology and moreResponsible for candidate sourcing through traditional and creative channelsCreate and drive candidate pipeline and recruiting strategies in partnership with internal customersManage the entire recruiting process including sourcing, recruiting, qualifying, presenting potential candidates to managers and job offer presentationManage hiring manager relationships, cultivate relationships and provide updates to leadersResponsible for metrics and analytics and participate in meetings with the teamManage the reporting for the company’s applicant tracking system (iCIMS)Generate position specifications for all new open positionsWork in collaboration with leadership to determine needs, uncover and implement new recruiting strategiesBe a key player in scaling the Company to its next level of growthQualificationsWhat You Bring to the Table: Education & Certification RequirementsWe’re looking for someone who has a unique mix of experience, skills, and passion for what we do:5+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience in the European and US marketsPrevious experience with recruiting sales and commercial professionals at various levels (entry to VP)Global hiring practice experience and clear understanding of the different laws, rules and regulationsKnowledge and proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Must be able to work at either our London (Victoria) or Gatwick officesAbility to perform in a fast-paced environment where functioning autonomously and collaborating as a team are vital in an ever-changing environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills and able to effectively communicate in formal and informal settings with senior executives, peers and candidatesAbility to build a candidate’s enthusiasm about the opportunity and the organizationAdept at juggling multiple roles across different disciplinesKeen ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesInnovative, creative problem-solving mindset, with ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, fast-changing and a highly collaborative environmentExcellent analytical skills and a passion for metric-driven resultsProficient in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other job board platformsThe Extras We Value (Preferred Requirements)While not mandatory, here are some additional things that would make you stand out:Professional experience with iCIMS (certified admin a plus)Previous recruiting experience within, or for, an aviation company or clientSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustries: Airlines and Aviation
