Goods In-Out Team Member What Youll Be Doing as Goods In/Out Team Member: Handling Goods In activities for materials, bought-out parts, and sundry items

Supporting Goods Out operations for subcontract items including metal bars, billets, forgings, and components

Preparing and packaging products ready for dispatch

Physically moving product safely within the warehouse and factory environment

Supporting warehouse control, including storing and maintaining work in progress (WIP)

Reviewing and completing relevant goods in/out documentation accurately

Loading and unloading carriers

Working towards department KPIs to support quality, cost, and delivery targets

Assisting the team in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the department Goods In-Out Team Member

What Were Looking for as Goods In/Out Team Member: Essential: Computer literate

Able to use Microsoft Office for clerical and administrative tasks

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Full driving licence

A dependable, team-focused approach

Comfortable working to targets and supporting business delivery requirements Goods In-Out Team Member

Desirable: Engineering or manufacturing experience

IT literacy, ideally with a relevant IT qualification

GCSE English and Maths (or above)

Fork-lift licence

Pedestrian Reach Truck / Counterbalance licence

Experience operating warehouse or material handling equipment Goods In-Out Team Member
