Graduate Civil Engineer (from newly graduated)

£30k-£35k plus benefits

Our client, a dynamic and award-winning civil engineering consultancy based in Exeter, is looking for ambitious Graduate Civil Engineers to join their growing team. They will consider fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years' experience.

This is your chance to kick-start your civil engineering career with real hands-on experience across a wide range of exciting development and infrastructure projects in the Southwest. From highways and drainage to 3D site modelling and flood risk assessments - you'll get involved in meaningful work from day one.

You'll be supported by experienced Chartered Engineers and will be on a clear path toward professional qualification through an ICE-approved training scheme.

There's a strong focus on learning, mentorship, and personal development, plus hybrid working and a profit-related bonus scheme.

About you:

• A degree in Civil Engineering (2:1 or above) or expecting to graduate soon
• Candidates with up to 2 years' experience will be considered
• Good communication skills
• Work well as part of a team
• A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and progress your career
• AutoCAD experience is a bonus, but full training is provided for all software
