Job Description

Graduate / Junior Electronics Engineer (Design / Test)

£30,000 - £35,000 + Flexitime + 33 Days Holiday + Training + Progression Fordingbridge

Are you a Graduate / Junior Electronics Engineer with minimum 1 year working experience, looking to join a dynamic and forward-thinking manufacturer who will invest heavily into your technical development, whilst working on state-of-the-art technology?

\n

Are you looking for a highly varied and unique opportunity, split between design, test, and prototyping, with clear paths to grow and progress into a fully-fledged Engineer?

In this role you will be primarily office based (80%) working on CAD designs, documentation, or tests within a close-knit team. You will be involved in prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting, making this a varied role with no two days the same.

Founded nearly 50 years ago, this electronics manufacturer, who specialise in producing electronic products for the automotive, aerospace, and telecoms industries. They boast excellent staff retention rates due to continuous internal development and promoting from within.

This role will suit somebody who has worked in the electronics industry for at least a year, perhaps a Graduate with a placement or a junior candidate, looking to further their technical development within a company who will progress them internally.

The Role

\n Creating drawings, tests, and documentation for electronic products \n

Involved in prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting \n

Ongoing shadowing with senior engineers and external courses \n

Monday to Friday, 36.5 hours a week, flexible working hours \n
