Graduate Planner

up to £45k plus package

Norfolk


I’m currently working with a well-established developer who are looking to appoint a graduate planner to join their regional team in Norfolk.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their planning career to gain exposure to the full planning process within an experienced land and planning team, working on a range of residential developments across the region.


The role will involve:


• Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications

• Supporting the promotion of strategic land through the planning system

• Liaising with local authorities, consultants and internal teams

• Monitoring local plans and planning policy updates

• Supporting the planning process from site acquisition through to consent

You’ll be working closely with experienced planning professionals, giving you strong mentoring and the opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.


The ideal candidate:


  • Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A genuine interest in residential development and the planning system
  • post graduate with 1-2 years experience is essential in either local authority, consultancy or housebuilder
