The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate or Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a fast-paced environment and gain hands-on experience across live construction projects.

You will work closely with experienced commercial professionals and play a key role in supporting the commercial function.

Key Responsibilities: Assisting with cost planning and budget tracking Supporting valuations and payment applications Helping manage subcontractor packages Assisting with variations and cost reporting Working alongside project and site teams Maintaining accurate project documentation Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (or working towards) 0–2 years’ experience (placement or post-grad) Strong numerical and analytical skills Good communication and organisational ability Driven, proactive, and keen to learn
