Private Equity and Corporate Finance . They are looking for

4 ambitious graduates

to join their team in January. With a brilliant

hands-on training

program by the Managing Directors, you will learn from the best recruiters in the space. People stay and

work their way up

through the company, with their

top biller

beginning as a grad, and is now doing a

£ 2 million deal. The Benefits

Graduate Recruitment Consultant Base salary of

£ 27k

with an increase to

£ 32k

after promotion Quick progression

as target based. Make 3 deals and get promoted. Most hit

promotion within 6 months 35% commission

on top of the base salary OTE in year

£ 40k in year 1,

£ 70k in year 2 Hybrid

Work from home 1 day

a week after promotion 25 days paid holiday +

12 day office closure

over Christmas Team socials

Cooking classes, Comedy Clubs, Winter Wonderland Pool table and

Thursdays and late start Fridays Working hours

Graduate Recruitment Consultant Ambitious, hard working and driven Degree educated with a

2:1 from 2025 or 2024 Ideally some
