£28,000-£30,000 starting salary

Our industry-leading trainee recruitment programme is designed to help graduates and career changers succeed in recruitment.

You will receive:

Structured recruitment training
* Ongoing coaching from experienced consultants
* Mentoring and management support
* Hands-on experience working with schools and candidatesThe Role - Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant

During your first year you will:

Source and interview teachers and support staff for schools
* Write professional candidate CV profiles
* Build relationships with candidates and education professionals
* Work towards weekly targets and KPIs
* Support the sales team in filling vacancies for schoolsAs your experience grows, you will move into a full sales-focused recruitment consultant role, managing your own desk and client relationships.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for motivated graduates and sales-minded individuals with strong communication skills and a drive to succeed.
