The Role Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• Sourcing niche, high-calibre candidates across multiple Life Sciences sectors
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior-level candidates
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process
• Consistently developing business with emerging and niche companies
