In this Group, you'll help drive the company’s core metrics, Activation, Engagement, Monetization, and more, by spotting and building smart growth opportunities.
You’ll work end-to-end on features across client and server, using data, experimentation, and proven growth strategies to make real impact across key areas of our product.
Work closely with Product, Design, and Analysis, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Data Analysis and Insights - Analyze user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
Experimentation and Optimization - Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize the product, user experience, and conversion funnels, driving continuous improvements.
Technical Implementation - Implement technical solutions to support growth strategies, such as AI, Growth infrastructure, performance enhancements, code optimization, microservice architecture, integration of marketing tools, and more…
Performance Tracking and Reporting - Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), report on growth initiatives' performance, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
User Experience Enhancement - Identify areas for improvement in the user experience and implement strategies to increase user engagement and conversion rates.

Experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment
