Reeson Education is working with supportive primary schools across East London, in the borough of Waltham Forest, who are looking for enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their teams. If you're a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in education and make a real impact in children's lives, this Graduate Teaching Assistant role is a fantastic opportunity.

You'll be working across areas including Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone, Chingford, Highams Park, and Woodford-all with great transport links.

The Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work flexibly across primary year groups, supporting classroom learning and helping pupils who need additional support. You'll work alongside experienced teachers and SENCOs, gaining valuable insight into how children learn and developing your skills in supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEN.

Key Responsibilities:

Support learning across different year groups and subjects
Work with small groups and individuals to reinforce key concepts
Assist pupils with SEN, helping them access the curriculum and build confidence
Use positive behaviour strategies and encourage independence
