About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a thriving secondary school in Fareham. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to gain hands-on classroom experience before progressing into teaching or other education-based careers.

In this role, you will support teaching staff across a range of subjects at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson delivery, working with small groups, providing one-to-one support for students who need additional help, and contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

You will also play a key role in supporting students with varying learning needs, helping to build confidence, improve engagement, and reinforce learning objectives set by the class teacher.
