About the Role As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Optimus Search, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with leading businesses in some of the worlds most exciting industries. This is a 360 recruitment role , which means youll be responsible for managing both client and candidate relationshipsacting as the bridge between the two. From sourcing and qualifying candidates to negotiating deals and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, you'll be the expert that companies rely on to find their next great hire. Key Responsibilities Source and Qualify Candidates : Identify and engage with top talent, from active job seekers to passive candidates. Client Relationship Management : Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and offer bespoke recruitment solutions. Build and Maintain Strong Relationships : Nurture both candidate and client relationships to ensure long-term success. Continuous Improvement : Work towards making our recruitment processes more efficient and effective every day.
