We're looking for a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Resourcer to join Inspire People, supporting the delivery of technology professionals into major UK public sector programmes. This is an entry-level role, ideal if you're keen to learn the foundations of recruitment in a supportive, structured environment. Starting salary circa £25k plus £12k uncapped bonus per annum. Based in Discovery Park, Sandwich. You'll be trained to source and engage technology candidates, build relationships, and support live recruitment campaigns - all while developing skills that will set you up for a long-term career in tech recruitment. As a named supplier on frameworks such as Crown Commercial Service (CCS) RM6277 and Public Sector Resourcing (PSR), you'll be helping place talent into roles that genuinely make a difference to public services. As a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Resourcer you will: Learn how to source and engage technology candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and modern recruitment tools. Support the delivery team by building and maintaining candidate pipelines for live contract and permanent roles.
