Job Title: Grain Processing Operative
Location: Fulbourn, Cambridge, CB21
Salary: Paid hourly, but annual earnings of £48,000 - £55,000 once fully trained/competent
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Working Hours: 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am shifts over a 9 week shift pattern

About the Role:
We are looking for someone to operate Processing Machinery to achieve production targets and finished product in line with quality specifications.
Reporting into the Mill Manager, Principal Accountabilities of the role are -
To understand and follow the production schedule. To be capable of setting up and running the processing equipment as per the production schedule. Ensuring that the equipment is running at its most effective and efficient to produce product within specification. To be capable of analysing the product to ensure it is within specification.
