Job Description

My client is a fast-growing, design-led automotive brand backed by a global manufacturing group. They are now looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join their marketing and creative team and play a key role in shaping brand visuals across the UK and European markets.

This is a hands on, creative role for someone who enjoys working across brand campaigns, digital content, and social media, and who is comfortable taking ideas from concept through to final execution.

The Role

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that bring the brand to life across multiple platforms.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and producing key visuals (KV), campaign concepts, advertising materials, and brand creative assets
  • Taking part in the full creative process, from concept development and visual direction to final delivery
  • Designing marketing materials such as posters, social media graphics, advertising visuals, campaign assets, presentations, and brand collateral
  • Retouching images, colour grading, compositing, and ensuring all visuals meet professional brand standards
  • Editing short-form videos for social media, teasers, and marketing campaigns
  • Supporting or participating in product and on-site photoshoots where required
  • Maintaining and evolving brand visual guidelines to ensure consistency across digital, print, and offline channels
  • Adapting visual assets for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, etc.) while protecting brand integrity
  • Using AI creative tools (such as Midjourney or Stable Diffusion) to support ideation and improve efficiency
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, social media, PR, and product teams, as well as external agencies and production partners
  • Presenting creative ideas clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders


Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in graphic design, brand design, visual design, or advertising design
  • Strong creative eye with excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects)
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma and digital / web design workflows
  • Solid experience in photo retouching, compositing, and basic video editing
  • Good understanding of social media formats and digital marketing assets
  • Experience using AI tools within a professional creative workflow
  • 3D design skills (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar) are a strong advantage
  • Professional-level English, comfortable working with cross-regional teams
  • Well organised, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, collaborative, and open to new tools, technologies, and creative approaches
