Are you an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative looking for a secure, full-time role where you can make a real difference? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and reputable housing association, working within a friendly and professional team maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces across Market Harborough and surrounding areas. The Role As part of the Grounds Maintenance team, youll play a key role in keeping communal and landscaped areas looking their best. Your day-to-day duties will include: Grass cutting (tractor and pedestrian) Strimming and brush cutting Hedge trimming and shrub pruning Planting, weeding, and weed control General estate upkeep including litter picking This is a mobile role, so no two days will be the same.
