What You’ll Be Doing: * Grass cutting, strimming and edging * Hedge trimming and pruning * Planting and seasonal landscaping work * Weeding and general site maintenance * Keeping commercial, residential and public sites looking their best You’ll work as part of a supportive team, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as you gain experience. What We’re Looking For: * Previous gardening, grounds or outdoor experience (ideal but not essential) * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons * Full UK driving licence (advantageous) * PA1/PA6 or horticultural qualifications (a bonus, not required) We’re open to experienced operatives and those looking to build a long-term career in horticulture.
