About the role

Grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying and more - join us as a Grounds Maintenance Operative and you'll be doing them all. As part of our team in Burton-on-Trent, you will keep grounds in wonderful condition for our clients. It's a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Requirements

Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required, including the use of handheld equipment and ride on mowers.

A full valid UK driving licence is essential.

Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Willingness to learn and work well in a team.

PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential.
