Careermakers Recruitment are looking for a Groundworker for our ever-growing client based in the heart of Normanton, WF6.

This position does not involve cleaning toilets, offices, or welfare facilities.

Key Responsibilities Carry out groundwork, including digging, concreting, and site preparation.

Assist with the installation of signage and supporting structures on-site.

Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.

Follow site plans and installation instructions accurately.

Work closely with team members to ensure projects run smoothly.

Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Candidate Requirements Previous experience in groundwork or construction is desirable.

Practical, hands-on approach to work.

Willingness to travel and stay away overnight when required.

Flexibility to work overtime when needed.

Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.

CPCS card preferred, but not essential. xbpsjku

CSCS card required.

Working hours: Monday to Friday (Monday
- Thursday:7am 3:30pm/1pm
- 10pm & Friday:9am
