Group Finance Manager - Hotel Management Company Salary: Up to £70,000 + Benefits Location: UK-wide (Hybrid / Remote) - England Reporting to: Group Finance Director Are you a commercially minded finance professional with a passion for hospitality? Our client, a leading hotel management company with a diverse and growing portfolio across the UK, is seeking a Group Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting operational excellence across multiple properties. The Role This is a high-profile position, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure robust financial control, accurate reporting, and strategic insight. You will be responsible for: Overseeing the financial management of multiple hotel properties within the group portfolio through the effective management of the Cluster FC's .

Managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, including Owners, General Managers, and internal senior Leadership.

Delivering clear, timely, and insightful management accounts and reports.

Maintaining strong cash flow management across all entities, ensuring liquidity and operational stability.

Providing analysis and recommendations to support commercial decision-making.

Leading budgeting and forecasting processes in line with group strategy.

About You We are looking for a finance leader with a track record in hotel or hospitality finance, in a multi-property environment. You will be able to balance the detail with the big picture, and be confident influencing at all levels. You will have: Proven experience in hotel finance (multi-property experience is essential).

Strong cash flow management and forecasting expertise.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

High attention to detail with the ability to deliver under pressure.

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
