Join IVC Evidensia’s growing Group Finance team in a brand‑new role at the heart of our Research, Development and Technology operations. If you're energised by complex projects, cross‑functional collaboration and shaping scalable processes across a global network — this is one for you. What you’ll be doing You’ll own the management accounting for our Group Service & IP Company, with a focus on Group Research & Development (RDEC) and Group IT. This role blends technical accounting, transfer pricing, stakeholder partnering and hands‑on involvement in audits and statutory accounts. This is a hybrid working role, with at least one day per week expected in our Keynsham office. Your key impact areas: R&D Transfer Pricing & Accounting
Own monthly R&D income and cost accounting across 19 territories. Reconcile key balance sheet accounts and report monthly results. Partner with the Group Research team to explain variances & improve processes. Build scalable transfer pricing processes and support audits (internal & external). Liaise with advisers on RDEC calculations and act as main point of contact for R&D accounting.
IT Transfer Pricing & Project Accounting
Develop and maintain the Group IT recharge model. Deliver accurate quarterly management recharges and pass‑through cost accounting. Work directly with Product, Technology & Project Accounting teams to understand activity and ensure correct capitalisation of major IT investments. Support transfer pricing interviews, reporting and process improvements.
Month‑End & Statutory Reporting
Review EBITDA performance for Group RDEC and IT. Own balance sheet controls for the Group Service & IP Company. Lead RDEC & IT elements of group and local audits. Work closely with EY on statutory accounts and support tax disclosure information.
Continuous Improvement & Cross‑Functional Support
Partner with Group Tax to prepare transfer pricing documentation. Drive process improvement across Holding Companies. Handle ad hoc queries from stakeholders across Tax, Treasury, FP&A, M&A, Legal & more.
What you’ll bring
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified. Experience within an In‑House, International GROUP Finance function. Strong technical accounting skills, with working knowledge in Transfer Pricing. Strong Finance business partnering, specific experience with Research.
