Production of a monthly/quarterly financial report and pack for UK entities, including variance analysis, commentaries and other KPIs. Be a key member of the multi-disciplined Management Team for each of the projects, liaising with both internal departments, external consultants and suppliers. Prepare and review of VAT and CIS as required and on a timely basis and filing thereof to HMRC. Liaise with internal departments to understand all aspects of the development life-cycle for each project and ensure that this understanding is reflected in the financial reports prepared for managing. Prepare and review of annual statutory accounts and liaise with auditors. Provision of adhoc information / non-financial information to assist in the control and execution of the projects as and when required. Reporting to joint venture partners and other external funders as required.
