Financial Controller
in managing group-wide financial reporting Oversee
month-end close , ensuring accuracy and timeliness of results Post selected transactions where required and review financial data prepared by the wider team Prepare the
consolidation and management information pack
for shareholders, including results, KPIs, and variance analysis Collaborate with finance and non-finance colleagues to drive efficiency and accuracy Conduct analytical reviews of performance, costs, and margins to support business decisions Support
budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management processes Lead
year-end consolidation and statutory accounts preparation across the group Liaise with
external auditors , addressing complex accounting matters and managing information flow Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, maintaining strong controls and reconciliations Drive improvements in systems and reporting tools, supporting a culture of continuous improvement Skills Required: Fully qualified accountant ( ACA / ACCA / CIMA ) Proven experience in
group consolidation, management reporting, and financial
control Strong technical skills and confidence in preparing statutory accounts and dealing with auditors Commercially aware, analytical, and comfortable liaising with both finance and non-finance stakeholders Hands-on approach with a proactive mindset and attention to detail Experience in
PE-backed
