Financial Controller

- £70-£80k + bonus
We're working with a fast-growing, multi-sector investment group looking for a hands-on Finance Lead to build, shape, and elevate their finance function. This is a chance to have real influence over financial strategy, operations, and growth at a pivotal stage of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, payroll, and bookkeeping.
- Provide commercial insight to guide scaling, investment, and operational decisions.
- Implement robust processes, controls, and financial policies.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, supporting audits and compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a talented accounting team.
Candidate Profile:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with proven financial management experience.
- Commercially minded, strategic, and hands-on.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, ideally having helped a business scale or transform.
- A natural leader who thrives on variety, challenge, and making a tangible impact.
