to take ownership of its HubSpot ecosystem and CRM-driven commercial programmes. This position sits at the heart of the organisations revenue engine, supporting multiple go-to-market teams and ensuring the CRM platform is built for scale,
clarity
and automation. It is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can blend strategic thinking with deep technical CRM capability. Key Responsibilities Lead the design,
structure
and long-term evolution of the HubSpot platform, ensuring the CRM supports efficient,
accurate
and scalable commercial operations.
Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that give Sales, Partnerships, Business Development and Customer Success clear visibility into performance and pipeline health.
Create and refine sales programmes, automation flows and CRM sequences that increase efficiency, improve
routing
and enhance overall conversion.
Support advanced technology initiatives, including AI-powered workflows, by building CRM foundations that handle new data,
integrations
and programmatic requirements.
Act as a cross-functional partner to Operations, Data, IT, R&D and GTM leadership, translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
Required Experience Extensive hands-on experience using HubSpot within a large or high-growth tech,
SaaS
or digital business environment.
Strong capability in CRM design, automation logic, data
modelling
and multi-team pipeline structures.
Solid understanding of end-to-end commercial operations, including sales processes, partner
channels
and customer lifecycle workflows.
Proven ability to lead complex CRM or
RevOps
projects that involve multiple stakeholders and require structured technical execution.
Experience developing dashboards and reporting mechanisms that enable self-service insights and better strategic decision making.
