Guest Relations Manager : Experience in duty management roles within luxury hotels. Effective knowledge of front office systems and front desk procedures. A passion for sustainability, luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction. Full-time onsite role: 40 hours per week, with a flexible rota including weekends. Our benefits: Cycle to work scheme.
