Are you a multi skilled Handyperson looking for a new role with an established local maintenance contractor in the Perthshire area? We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyperson with a strong background in joinery work to join a well established client based just outside of Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of general maintenance and repair tasks across our properties / sites, with a particular focus on delivering high-quality internal and external joinery repairs, decorating, and finishing work. Carry out all aspects of painting and decorating, including: Surface preparation (filling, sanding, priming), Internal and external painting, Wallpapering and feature wall work. Identify and report any larger maintenance issues requiring specialist contractors. Carry out regular inspections and respond to maintenance requests promptly. Strong painting and decorating skills, with a keen eye for detail and finish. Good general maintenance skills across multiple trades (particularly in joinery). A proactive and flexible approach to work. Full UK driving licence. Experience working in residential, commercial, or facilities management environments.
