This role is ideal for a practical, reliable tradesperson who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and can carry out a range of gate adaptations and repairs efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Carrying out gate repairs and adaptations on-site (wooden and possibly metal gates)
*
Basic carpentry tasks related to fitting, adjustments, and replacements
*
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, meeting health and safety requirements
*
Liaising with site supervisors and clients as needed
*
Working independently or as part of a small team
Requirements:
*
Proven handyman experience with a carpentry focus
*
Valid Blue CSCS Card (NVQ Level 2 or above in Carpentry)
*
Own tools and PPE
*
Good understanding of site health & safety protocol.
Desirable:
*
Driving licence (preferable but not essential)
*
Experience with fencing or exterior joinery
