Were looking for Head Baker/Pastry Chef to oversee the central bakery kitchen for an established, independently owned & multifaceted, Hospitality Catering & Events company located in the Cayman Islands.
This is an extremely rare and life changing opportunity for an ambitious Head Baker/Pastry Chef to relocate to the Cayman Islands and join this dynamic, forward-thinking company, and play a key role in the future success of the business.
Our client will support with accommodation for the first year in the role.
The Person
A classically trained Head Baker with a stable and progressive background, who has gained experience within high volume bakery and patisserie establishments. Everything is made in house, so you need knowledge of viennoiserie, breads, patisserie and larger scale mis-en-place for events.
A positive leader who will help motivate and mentor a team of 6 bakers and packers, whilst promoting the company values.
Proficient training in Food Safety, Risk Assessments, Health & Safety and HACCP.
