Our client, a vibrant and unique independent high-end cocktail bar based in the City of London is now looking for a Head Bartender. The venue is open from 5PM to 12AM on weekdays and 2AM on Fridays and Saturdays. We have 5 full-time and around 10 part-time staff members and the Head Bartender will directly report to the Bar Manager. The Head Bartender must be able to make signature and classic cocktails and will be responsible for the managing and training of the bar team.
