About the Job
At Langosteria, the bar is more than a place, its an experience. Were looking for a Head Bartender who combines technical excellence, leadership, and creativity to deliver outstanding bar service and elevate every guest interaction. This role is perfect for a professional who leads by example, sets high standards, and knows how to turn a drink into a memorable moment.
You'll lead and coordinate the bar team, ensuring consistency and excellence in service
Oversee cocktail preparation, presentation, and quality standards
Develop and maintain the bar menu in line with the brand identity
Manage stock, suppliers, inventories, and cost control
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards
Create engaging, personalized guest experiences at the bar
About You
Minimum two years of experience as Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in high-end venues
Strong mixology skills and deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and beverages
Natural leader with excellent organizational and communication skills
Guest-oriented mindset with attention to detail and service elegance
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced fine dining environment
