The word Buvette refers to a gathering place with friends a neighborhood gem, or an extension of home. Jody often describes Buvette as a gastroteque: a creative expression of great gastronomy made in-house, where almost everything is prepared from scratch, down to cocktail bitters and many of the small details that shape the guest experience.

HEAD BARTENDER OPENING TEAM As Head Bartender, you will lead the bar operation, overseeing drinks standards, service execution, and team development across cocktails, wine, and café service. Key Responsibilities Leading bar operations and drinks standards Overseeing cocktail, wine, and café beverage execution Training and supporting bar team members Managing stock, prep, setup, and quality control Ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and service flow Able to work rotating shift patterns which includes earlies and lates About You Minimum 2 years experience in a senior bartender or bar lead role Strong drinks knowledge and passion for quality service Confident leadership and training ability High organisational standards and attention to detail Calm, professional, and reliable approach Salary & Benefits Up to £18 per hour (a combination of basic salary and service charge) Industry-leading staff perks Expected start date: Mid April.
