Key requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef within high-end, high-volume kitchens
Strong leadership and experience managing large brigades
Passion for modern British cuisine and seasonal produce
Solid control of GP, stock management, rotas, and overall kitchen operations
Salary: £75,000
Location: London
