We're searching for a Head Chef who can elevate our offer across hospitality events, fine dining, canapé receptions, a busy staff dining café, and an executive client lounge. A proven track record in premium contract catering or high-end hospitality.

The ability to design and deliver stunning menus across multiple formats.

Inspirational leadership—you'll develop, coach, and grow a talented brigade.

A meticulous eye for detail, not just on the plate but behind the scenes: BOH paperwork, compliance, due diligence, and kitchen standards.

An energetic, outgoing personality with a positive outlook and a passion for food.

The Role Monday to Friday, with 2–3 evening hospitality events per week.

Lead all food operations across hospitality, staff dining, and client lounges.

Shape the food vision and drive innovation across the site.

Champion quality, consistency, and a culture of continuous improvement.
