A fantastic opportunity to lead a large brigade at a stunning Grade II listed hotel set within 100 acres of parkland. We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join a well-established, branded hotel group with genuine career development.

The Role:
Lead a brigade of up to 50 chefs across multiple kitchens
Manage orders, food stocks, and forecasting against occupancy
Ensure H&S standards and maintain smooth, effective service
Create a supportive team culture and challenge standards when required
Manage costs in line with departmental budgets
The Ideal Head Chef:
Experience with branded menus and in branded environments
Strong financial and budget management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
Passionate about food, service, and team development
