Responsibilities Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations. Oversee food production, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Manage food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining consistency. Implement and uphold food safety standards and hygiene regulations. Develop new menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients from our farm. Train and mentor kitchen staff to foster a skilled and motivated team. Collaborate with management to control costs and optimise kitchen efficiency. Uphold the pubs commitment to excellent hospitality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven supervising experience in a professional kitchen. Extensive food production and culinary expertise. Strong team management and leadership skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to innovate with menu development based on seasonal ingredients. Solid financial acumen, including cost control and budgeting. Excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality. Create strong teamwork with the front of house team.
