The Role Were looking for a skilled and organised Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. Youll be responsible for running day-to-day service, managing prep and production, and maintaining our high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team. Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Ensure compliance with health and food hygiene safety and all regulatory requirements Drive sales and profitability through effective marketing and upselling strategies. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef in a similar dark kitchen setting. Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations: food prep, cooking, presentation Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Comprehensive knowledge of food and health safety standards. Manage portion sizes, inventory levels and produce orders Lead, train and motivate a small kitchen team A passion for delivering high-quality team and exceptional guest experiences.
