Popular with weddings, they can cater for up to 130 covers but the usual size is 50/60. As Head Chef you will be required to manage and develop a brigade of eight chefs plus kitchen porters. Complying with all health and safety requirements and achieving food gross profit and labour targets. For this Head Chef role your immediate target is to introduce some consistency throughout the kitchen. Ensuring professional standards are applied and maintained at all times. You must have been a Head Chef previously with a broad experience of restaurant and event/banqueting work. You must have a modern approach to food and be happy with fresh brasserie/bistro style food.
