Kitchen Porters The Role Lead, inspire, and manage the kitchen team Manage staffing across quiet and busy periods Drive service across restaurant and outdoor dining areas Develop seasonal menus and specials Maintain food preparation, presentation, and consistency standards Manage stock, ordering, and GP margins Ensure full food safety and hygiene compliance Work closely with front of house to deliver a great guest experience Team & Culture Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive kitchen environment.
