The Ideal Candidate Were looking for the next Head Chef with the following skills and experience: A minimum of two years experience in high-end or fine dining restaurants. Experience in leading and training a team in a premium, ideally French restaurant. Menu autonomy and creativity with owner sign off. Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and have an eye for detail. Must have been a Head Chef in fine dining environment for at least two year. Knowledge of menu costing, labour and back of house budgets. A passion for French cuisine and guest satisfaction. Strong communication skills and a polished approach. Can do attitude and a strong leader. Reliable & able to work late evenings & weekends.
