Xander Hospitality has an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven Head Chef to join a fast-growing premium/ casual dining group in various locations in London, with several successful sites across the capital and plans to expand throughout the UK, the concept is built around a focused, small menu rooted in quality, sustainability and value.

The Head Chef will be responsible for running a high volume kitchen, leading from the front and ensuring high standards are maintained at all times. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is passionate about food, enjoys managing teams, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-led environment.

Leading, developing and motivating the kitchen team
Ensuring consistent execution of a high-quality menu
Managing stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
Upholding food safety and hygiene standards
Working with the General Manager to manage labour and food costs
Training and mentoring chefs of all levels
Supporting with menu development and innovation
