Consisting of restaurant, events, afternoon teas and private dining. A quality fresh food offer, showcasing local producers and suppliers. Ideal candidates will have head chef experience in hotel or busy restaurant, a hands-on approach, along with excellent communication, kitchen management and leadership skills. Overseeing a team of 8+. Successful candidates will have a stable background and previous Head Chef experience. Salary Starting Salary on offer is £50,000 p.a.
