This is a senior leadership role that requires confidence in managing complex, high-volume operations, leading a large brigade.

A proven track record in large-scale venues, events and/or stadia Leads the kitchen team with professionalism, positivity, and clear accountability Consistently delivers high-quality food Stays calm and organised in fast-paced environments Balances creativity and innovation with strong cost control and strict food safety compliance A CV that demonstratesloyalty to previous employers You will be an inspirational leader and enjoy leading and developing your team
