Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting a Head Chef to lead a small team at a four star hotel in Buckingham. The Head Chef will work a 45hr contract on a permanent basis and will be required to work 5:7 days per week with flexible hours until dinner service finishes at 21:30. Covers: c.35 for breakfast c.20-30 for lunch c.25 for evening dinner / room service Menus: full breakfast buffet gastro pub and afternoon tea for lunch sunday roast evening menu For Chefs who do not drive, accommodation is available at a rate of £160 per month. There is free onsite parking for Chefs who do drive and have their own vehicle. In short, we are looking for a Head Chef who's seen it all. Perhaps an agency Chef who's worked for a number of hotels, restaurants and pubs? Perhaps a pub Chef who wants a little more variety in their day? Or it could be a very experienced Sous or Senior Sous Chef who's looking for the next challenge? You: Are an experienced Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef Have a cool, calm demeanor Are professional, punctual, reliable and a team-player Can lead a small team to success Will work well with the General Manager (who also helps out in the kitchen when needed!)
