What We Offer Competitive Salary: £32,000 £35,000 per annum + tronc
Paid Overtime: Additional hours paid at national minimum wage
Bonus Scheme: Around £100 per month (company performance related)

Key Responsibilities Leading, motivating and developing a brigade
Overseeing preparation, service and kitchen organisation
Driving consistency and quality across all food offerings
Assisting with menu development and seasonal dish creation
Managing stock, ordering and kitchen operations efficiently
Ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
Requirements Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
Passion for traditional pub food
Strong leadership skills with a calm, hands-on approach
Organised, reliable and a strong team player
Flexible to work evenings and weekends
Ability to work well in a rural, community-focused environment
