We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Chef to lead a kitchen team in a busy workplace catering environment. What You'll Do:
  • Take responsibility for day-to-day kitchen operations.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver seasonal menus for staff meals and hospitality functions.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Monitor and manage food costs and stock levels within budget.
  • Work closely with service teams to provide a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Keep menus up to date by incorporating feedback and current food trends.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent cooking skills with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Good understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen management.
  • Ability to manage budgets and control food costs effectively.
  • A hands-on approach with a positive and professional attitude.
