We are searching for a Head Chef to work directly alongside one of the UKs most exciting multi-Michelin-starred chefs.
This is for a chef with strong classical foundations in European kitchens who wants real exposure to a new cuisine that will stretch their thinking and sharpen their craft.
Curiosity is essential. Confidence is non-negotiable.
The role
A senior hands-on leadership role with real influence in an open-plan kitchen.
You will:
Work side by side with the Chef patron to deliver his vision every service
Lead from the front on the pass and in prep, visible and composed
Thrive in an open kitchen environment where standards and energy are on show
Train and develop a high-calibre brigade
Shape menus with respect for technique and ingredients
Own standards across mise en place, stock, costs, and food safety
