My client, a luxurious manor house in Suffolk, is currently looking for a new Head Chef to lead the team. The long standing head chef is retiring which has lead to this outstanding opportunity being available. The 30 bedroom hotel is very well known for the quality of its food and plays host to numerous weddings and banquets. The main restaurant holds 3 AA Rosettes and serves top quality food using fresh ingredients sourced locally and from their on site garden. The successful candidate will be a good man manager with experience at a minimum of 3 AA Rosette level and be looking for a top level head chef role. The salary for the Head Chef is based on experience but in the region of £50,000 per annum. Accommodation can be provided in the short term if required.
