What you will do
Lead the kitchen team through busy, high-energy services Deliver every dish to specconsistent, fresh, and full of flavour Train, coach and develop your team Keep standards high across prep, service and cleanliness Manage stock, ordering and food safety Work closely with the General Manager to run a strong, balanced restaurant Take pride in every plate that leaves the pass What were looking for
